Shiri has a BSc degree in Physics and Computer Science from the Technion, Israel. Her undergraduate studies were funded by the Rothschild Scholars Program for Excellence. Prior to her studies, Shiri spent a year volunteering at the Madatech Science and Technology Museum in Haifa as a science docent and classroom instructor. During her undergraduate studies, Shiri was active in her university’s debate and basketball teams, and spent an exchange semester in Beijing.
In the summer of 2016, Shiri completed an internship in New York City at Cornell-Tech doing work on a medical phone app, and worked as a research assistant at the Technion for several months in 2017. Through the MSc in Computer Science, she looks forward to expanding her digital tool kit in order to do meaningful research.
Shiri is currently Software Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer at Google. She is based in Munich, Germany.
