Joseph is Chief Operating Officer at the Global Innovation Fund, a non-profit that invests in social innovations that aim to improve the lives and opportunities of millions of people in the developing world.
He previously worked with the Investment Climate Facility for Africa (ICF) leading the evaluations of over 30 e-governement projects in 14 African countries. Prior to ICF, he worked on Gender and Rural Employment matters with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
