Eszter is currently a PhD candidate in Economics at Oxford, Nuffield College. She is also a board member of the Centre for Budapest Transport. She is the founder and former head of the quantitative research and data analysis team of a social non-profit organization. She was co-founder and organizer of an annual career conference of the Cambridge University Hungarian Society, for Hungarian students studying in the UK. The conference, Future: Hungary, hosted a range of corporate partners including BCG, Morgan Stanley, Hungarian Telecom and BP.  Having participated at international Maths olympiads,

Eszter was also involved in teaching mathematics for high school students and mentoring women in STEM. She was a contributing writer for Qubit.hu, a national blog in Hungary. Eszter is a former member of the national Templeton Scholar Network and interned in quantitative trading in London and New York. She was involved in the United Nation’s HeForShe movement, as well as mentoring women in STEM. As for her for-profit work experience, Eszter was a trading intern in New York and London and she is a member of the BCG’s Emeralds Talent Program.

Her main academic interest is microeconomics theory and its applications.

In her spare time, she is an avid traveller and enjoys sports such as running and spinning.
