Zuzana works as Strategy director at the Department for Reform Agenda at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. Prior to this, she was Strategy and Communication Advisor for the Coalition PS/SPOLU election campaign, where she co-authored the health care manifesto of PS/SPOLU for the 2020 election. She founded the Civil Servants of Good Will, a community of 600 civil servants that creates, maintains and strengthens a sense of civic duty, offers safe space and promotes policy leaders and senior civil servant role models. Zuzana is committed to public service and intends to create opportunities to attract more people to work in the public sector. Having a background in medical law, she is particularly committed to health policy and systems. Zuzana was a member of the National Debating team (2008) and has coached the national team. She holds a Master of Law from Charles University.
