Pablo is currently Public Sector Management Consultant at Delivery Associates in London, UK. He is currently working on two core projects: (1) Helping an NGO focused on ending homelessness drive better use of data for policy implementation in the UK; (2) Introducing a Results Based Management (RBM) approach to a portfolio of 15+ social impact projects spanning 10+ countries in West Africa.

Before Oxford, he worked for six years in the Argentine public sector. Between 2018 and 2019, he served as Chief of Staff of Argentina 2030, the federal government's long-term vision programme.

From his position, he could witness how technological change was changing his country and its development possibilities. He believes that accelerated technology can help us fight against the most formidable challenges we face nowadays: the climate crisis, rampant inequality, and the erosion of public good. Looking forward, he wants to foster a fair use of tech that allows society to deal with those challenges.

I now work on tech policy issues across emerging countries and interact with government officials and private sector clients in multiple geographies and cultures. Oxford and WHT were crucial for building the skillset one needs to navigate this diversity successfully.
