Micaela is the co-director of the "Construyendo Bolivia" project in Tu Beca Bolivia, a non-profit aimed to improve educational and professional opportunities for Bolivians. She is one of the co-creators of the Club Alpbach LATAM and the Caribbean. Micaela holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB).
Previously, Micaela worked as an Associate Researcher at the Phytochemical and Optical & Energy Research Centers at UPB. She also worked as an Engineer at the energy company REPSOL.
She is currently working as an Energy Analyst at Aurora Energy Research and is based in Madrid, Spain.
