Lily graduated with an MPhil in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from Oxford in 2013. She holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies (2010) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Since 2004, she has worked extensively in the non-profit sector as a Team Leader in the Atnachta-Home for homeless teenagers in Jerusalem, as a teaching assistant at the Hoshen School, and as a Counsellor in a Jewish-Palestinian school between Jaffa and Tel Aviv, where she set up an afternoon learning service and recreation centre for deprived teenagers.
Lily is currently a Project Manager at Physicians for Human Rights, Israel, an NGO that works towards “a more fair and inclusive society in which the right to health is applied equally for all.”
