Esther currently works as a consultant at Dalberg Advisors.
She previously worked for Rwanda Housing Authority as a Senior Engineer where she contributed to the legal framework for the Affordable Housing Program. Esther joined the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum and was the Logistics and Events officer for the Kigali Hub in 2019. Esther co-founded an association for Women Engineers. She is passionate about finding innovative ways to positively impact “informal” settlements by improving their access to infrastructure. Her long-term goal is to establish an organization that sustainably solves these issues, while keeping these communities together and their spirit and stories intact. Esther holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc Civil Engineering - Drexel University, USA.
Esther is currently based in Kigali, Rwanda.
