Busan worked as Governance and Partnerships Director with Possible, a healthcare organisation serving rural Nepal and co-led the Health Institution rebuilding initiatives in one of the worst-hit districts in the 2015 Nepal earthquake. Busan co-founded and administered Daayitwa Fellowships, the first public service fellowship program in Nepal to identify innovative solutions to the most pressing public policy issues.
Busan is also the founding faculty member of Nepal’s first master’s program in International Relations. Busan has an MA in International Relations, from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India and a B.A. in Psychology, from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
