Andrei is a senior associate at Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes in Paris. Before joining the firm in February 2021, he was an associate at the Paris office of Shearman & Sterling since 2014. Andrei works on international arbitration disputes brought by or against States and involving complex issues of Public International Law and domestic laws.

He completed the Magister of Law degree at the University of Oxford in 2011 and an undergraduate degree in International Law at the Belarusian State University in 2010. During his studies, he participated in numerous extracurricular activities including the ELSA Moot Court on World Trade Organization Law. His team was the Belarusian national champions at the 2009 and 2010 Jessup Moot Court on public international law. From 2009-2011, Andrei was an associate at Arzinger & Partners, an international law firm in Belarus. In 2011, he did an internship with the Moscow office of White & Case, where he worked in the Energy and Disputes practices.

Andrei is currently based in Paris, France.
