Andrea lives in Sarajevo and is currently a managing partner with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz – Sarajevo. She is also engaged in academia, having acted as a lecturer at local universities, and published, amongst others, an article on “Human rights in the context of the political system in BiH”. Andrea works, as well, with foreign investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is involved in many legislation-shaping and innovative projects. She was recognised as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in the IFLR 1000 lawyer ratings. Her aim is to stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina and play a role in the process of EU integration, as she strongly believes that this is the place where she can put her knowledge and experience to the best use.
As a Weidenfeld Scholar, Andrea undertook a Magister Juris degree, graduating in 2008. Her studies focused on European Community Law, European Business Regulations, Comparative Human Rights and International Dispute Settlement.
Prior to Oxford, Andrea worked for a number of organisations including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a Junior Law Expert, having previously obtained a BA in Law from the University of Sarajevo and a Diploma in Economics also from the University of Sarajevo.
Andrea is currently based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
